NAVIGAM considers equal digital access important and works to improve accessibility for users with disabilities.
Website accessibility
NAVIGAM works to align its online services with applicable Israeli accessibility requirements and the relevant Israeli web-content accessibility standard at AA level, where required by law.
Accessibility measures
Our accessibility work aims to support clear and consistent navigation, keyboard use, logical headings, screen readers, clear form labels, adequate contrast, zoom without material loss of information, meaningful text alternatives for important images, clear buttons and links, understandable error messages, correct RTL for Hebrew and Arabic, LTR for other languages, and responsive mobile layouts.
NAVIGAM app
We also work to make core app functions accessible, including login, menus, itinerary views, buttons, AVIA conversations and other key features.
External content
Some functions link to third-party services such as Waze, Google Maps, hotels, booking sites and social networks. Their accessibility is controlled by their operators and is not under NAVIGAM’s control.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible, particularly third-party content or newly released functions. We continue to identify and address accessibility issues. This statement does not claim that every component has passed a full external AA certification audit.
