Privacy Policy

How NAVIGAM collects, uses, stores and protects personal information across the website and app.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

NAVIGAM respects user privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected, why we use it, whom it may be shared with, and how users can exercise privacy rights.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal information is Agamedia (אגמדיה), authorized dealer no. 066375171, operator of NAVIGAM.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect identification and contact details such as name, email, phone, user identifier and OTP; trip information such as destination, travel dates, travelers, ages, preferences, food needs, budget and limitations; conversations with AVIA; technical and analytics data such as device, operating system, browser, app version, login times, events, logs, IP address, cookies and technical identifiers; and transaction data such as amount, date, status and transaction identifier.

3. Voice, location and media

If the user enables the microphone, NAVIGAM may process voice input and/or transcription for conversational features. If location permission is granted, location may be processed for maps, navigation, Live and location-based recommendations. Photos, videos and Memories content are processed when the user chooses to upload or use those features. Permissions can generally be changed in device settings.

4. Is providing information mandatory?

As a rule, providing information is voluntary. Certain information is nevertheless necessary to provide a requested service. Without suitable identification, account access may not be possible; without destination and dates an itinerary cannot be built; and without location permission some GPS-based features cannot operate.

5. Purposes of use

Information may be used to create and authenticate accounts, send OTP codes, operate the site and app, create personalized itineraries and Previews, run AVIA, provide maps and Live features, enable authorized guest sharing, create Memories and trip videos, provide support, process payments and invoices, detect faults and abuse, secure the service, analyze and improve performance, meet legal obligations, contact users about requested services and send marketing where permitted by law and the required consent has been obtained.

6. Artificial intelligence

Information submitted to AVIA may be processed by AI systems to understand requests, generate responses, personalize itineraries or perform user-requested actions. NAVIGAM may use external technology providers for these functions and seeks to share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service. Users should avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for the trip.

7. Cookies and analytics

NAVIGAM may use cookies or similar technologies for login, preferences, security, performance measurement, fault detection, analytics and marketing where enabled. Where consent is legally required, an appropriate consent mechanism will be presented. Browser settings may also be used to restrict cookies, although this may affect functionality.

8. Sharing with service providers

NAVIGAM does not sell users’ personal information. Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with cloud and hosting providers, databases, AI providers, email and OTP services, analytics, security and monitoring providers, payment processors, mapping/navigation providers and other technology suppliers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to a competent authority.

9. International transfers

Some technology providers operate systems or servers outside Israel. Information may therefore be processed or stored in other countries in accordance with applicable law and the safeguards required for such transfers.

10. Retention

Information is retained for the period reasonably needed for the purposes for which it was collected, service operation, support, business records, security, fraud prevention and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized or retained where law requires continued storage.

11. Information security

NAVIGAM uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure or deletion. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Users should contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.

12. User rights

Subject to Israeli privacy law and applicable conditions, a person may have rights to review personal information held about them and request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. Requests for deletion or restriction may also be submitted and will be assessed under applicable law and retention duties. Identity verification may be required before a request is processed.

13. Communications and marketing

NAVIGAM may send operational messages required for the service, including login codes, Preview links, app information and service notices. Advertising or marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and relevant consent requirements.

14. Minors and family trips

Purchasing is intended for adults. If information about children is provided for a family trip, users should provide only information reasonably necessary for trip personalization.

15. Live sharing and other people’s images

Users should share Live access only with people they intend to authorize. When uploading media that includes other people, the user is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and share that content.

16. Third-party links

When a user opens Google Maps, Waze, a booking site, hotel, restaurant, attraction, social network or other external service, that provider’s privacy policy applies to the use of that external service.

17. Changes to this policy

This policy may change when the service, technology or law changes. The latest update date is shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.

Retention after travel cancellation

The plan and entitlement details are retained for 180 days after receipt of a cancellation notice to support reinstatement of the same trip. Uploaded documents, photos and videos remain subject to their own retention policies. Ordinary retention rules apply afterward; deletion requests and mandatory recordkeeping are considered separately.
