Welcome to NAVIGAM. navigam.com, NAVIGAM applications, AVIA (“Avia”), Preview pages, NAVIGAM Live, Memories, Travel Live and other services under the NAVIGAM brand are operated by Agamedia (אגמדיה), authorized dealer no. 066375171.
1. The NAVIGAM service
NAVIGAM is a digital travel-planning, organization and trip-support service. It may include a personalized day-by-day itinerary, recommendations, maps and navigation, hotel suggestions and booking links, destination information, Preview, a personal trip app, AVIA, family/friend sharing, Live, Memories, photos, videos and Trip Reel features.
2. NAVIGAM is not a travel agency
NAVIGAM is a travel-planning technology service and is not a travel agency. Unless expressly stated otherwise, NAVIGAM does not sell or issue airline tickets, book hotels on the user’s behalf, collect hotel charges for a hotel, sell package holidays, rent vehicles, provide travel insurance, or operate restaurants, attractions or transport services. NAVIGAM may help locate suitable options and provide direct booking links. The user books and pays the external provider directly under that provider’s terms.
3. AVIA and artificial intelligence
AVIA uses, among other technologies, artificial intelligence to converse with users, collect preferences, personalize itineraries and provide travel information. AI systems can be wrong, incomplete or rely on information that has changed. Safety, health, visas, passports, entry rules, local law, travel warnings, extreme weather, transport and other material information should also be verified with an official source or the relevant provider.
4. Personalization and user information
The itinerary is built from information the user provides, including destination, dates, travelers, ages, pace, style, food preferences, budget, limitations and interests. The quality of personalization depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of that information.
5. Preview
NAVIGAM may offer a Preview showing only part of a trip or service. A Preview is not necessarily the full application. Some days, functions or content may remain locked until purchase, and access may be time-limited as presented to the user.
6. Purchase, price and payment
Before purchase, the relevant service details and price will be shown. Pricing may depend on trip length, service type and optional features. The price approved at checkout is the binding price for that transaction. Payment may be processed through PayBox, a payment processor, card company, wallet or another provider. A payment return or user claim does not by itself constitute verified payment; NAVIGAM may verify payment before unlocking paid services.
7. Delivery of the service
After payment is verified, NAVIGAM will begin or continue producing the purchased service. Because parts of the service are personalized, delivery time may vary with scope and complexity. NAVIGAM may make reasonable corrections and updates after delivery.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are handled according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, its regulations and other mandatory law. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable consumer right. Full information appears on the Cancellation page.
9. Third-party services and links
NAVIGAM may link to Google Maps, Waze, Booking, Agoda, airlines, hotels, restaurants, attractions, social networks and other services. NAVIGAM does not control their prices, availability, opening hours, booking terms or cancellation rules. Users should verify material details directly with the provider before purchase or arrival.
10. Dynamic travel information
Travel information changes frequently. Businesses may close or change hours, menus, prices or locations; events may be cancelled; roads may close; and government, security or weather conditions may change. NAVIGAM aims to provide useful information but cannot guarantee that every external data point remains current at every moment.
11. Traveler responsibility
The traveler remains responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, insurance, health requirements, government instructions, travel warnings, advance bookings, opening hours, driving rules and weather or safety conditions. NAVIGAM is not a substitute for legal, medical, security or other professional advice.
12. Maps and navigation
Maps and routes are planning aids. Actual navigation may be provided by third-party services such as Google Maps or Waze. Drivers must always obey road signs, traffic laws and actual road conditions.
13. NAVIGAM Live and sharing
Certain services may let users share parts of a trip with family or friends. The user is responsible for choosing whom to invite or authorize. Personal login details, one-time codes and access credentials should not be shared with unauthorized people.
14. Memories, photos and videos
Ownership of user-uploaded content remains with the user or original rights holder. The user grants NAVIGAM a limited license to process that content only as needed for the requested service, such as Memories, authorized sharing or a trip video. The user is responsible for having the right to upload and share the content.
15. Accounts and security
Some services require email, phone, OTP or another authentication method. Accounts are personal. Users must protect authentication details and contact NAVIGAM if they suspect unauthorized access.
16. Prohibited use
Users may not attempt to breach or bypass security, access another person’s account, scrape data without authorization, introduce malicious code, copy databases for commercial use or use the service for unlawful activity. NAVIGAM may restrict access when there is a reasonable security or abuse concern.
17. Intellectual property
Rights in the NAVIGAM name, logo, AVIA, interface, design, code, databases and original content belong to Agamedia and/or the relevant rights holders. No commercial copying, distribution or reverse engineering is permitted without authorization.
18. Availability and liability
Digital services may be affected by internet connectivity, GPS, cloud providers, third-party systems, maintenance or events outside NAVIGAM’s control. NAVIGAM will take reasonable steps to address faults under its control. NAVIGAM’s liability is governed by applicable law, and these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Privacy and device permissions
Personal information is handled under the NAVIGAM Privacy Policy. Depending on the feature, the app may request location, microphone, camera, photos or notification permissions. Refusing a permission may limit the related feature.
20. Minors
Purchases are intended for adults legally capable of entering into transactions. A minor should use the service with the approval and supervision of a parent or guardian, as required by law.
21. Changes to the service and terms
NAVIGAM may improve or update the service and these terms due to product, technology or legal changes. The latest update date appears on this page. Material notices will be provided when required by law.
22. Accessibility
Information about accessibility efforts and how to report a difficulty appears in the Accessibility Statement.
23. Governing law and general provisions
Israeli law applies. Disputes will be heard by the court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law. If a term is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory law prevails over any conflicting term.
Verified payments and complimentary apps
Manual approval records money actually received and does not charge again. A complimentary app is recorded separately at zero and is not represented as money received. App access remains subject to review and delivery approval; accounting documents are handled separately under applicable law.
Cancelled travel — 180-day plan retention
If travel is cancelled for any reason before it begins, notify NAVIGAM using the contact details on this page and identify the order. Reasonable supporting evidence may be requested without restricting statutory cancellation methods or rights. The plan and unused service entitlement are retained for 180 days from receipt of the notice. During this period the same customer may request one reinstatement of the same trip and destination on new dates, without paying again for the service scope already purchased. Route and access updates require review and coordination; original supplier prices and availability are not guaranteed. A different destination, additional days or expanded services may cost extra, disclosed and approved in advance. Repeated notices do not restart the period. This service benefit is not an automatic refund and does not replace mandatory cancellation or refund rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cancel third-party bookings separately with suppliers. Retention does not extend the 24-hour Preview or guarantee continuous link access. The benefit does not extend an annual subscription or change its allowances.
